Services
Our primary focus is Wedding packages, corsages, boutonnières, Mother's Day,
and Proms (not yet added, but will include almost any color wrist band and ribbon),
A Valentine's Day, Sympathy/Memorial for Mother's Day and Father's Day page
will also be added.
If you should need a custom wedding package, please contact us with a full
description of what you are trying to achieve for your future event. We will work
with you on this, and we will upload pictures before sending. You are invited to
send or email any pictures of the look you are trying to achieve. We maybe able to
bundle a special package for you. The packages offered is what we think would
work for you, but as the customer you may have something else in mind. Also, if
you need to pay by check, please contact us and we will make special arrangements
for this.
Studies
Formal studies in the Art of Floral Design received from local venues and college in
Raleigh and Atlanta.
Customer Commitment and Merchandise Quality
We are committed to providing you with the excellent customer service. If
there is something that you feel that we left out please click on the link
provided, as we are always willing to correct or improve in areas that may be
deficient. If there is a color that is not listed we still maybe able to provide it.
Do not hesitate to contact us. Unless otherwise stated, your order will be
filled with the highest grade silks available.
D F Substitution Policy
Occasionally we may have an out of stock item. We will substitute only when
needed. We will also fill your order with the color ordered and will be as
similar as possible to the item that you ordered. Accessories maybe slightly
different than pictured but not less than, and of course will be complimentary
of the design.
D F Shipping Policy
Large orders will ship within 15 business days of order, and small orders will
ship sooner. Contact us for exact shipment date. Orders will be shipped via
Fedex or UPS ground, therefore place your order in plenty of time in advance
of your occasion. You will receive a tracking number providing you give us an
email address. If you do not have an email account, please give us a call and
will gladly provide it. The 15 business days that it takes to ship your order
allows us ample time to order any necessary components necessary to fill
your order and get it to you, and it also enables us to replace any out of
stocks. Items are not made ahead of time due to any special requests the
customer may have.
